1. Do you have an order minimum?
No.We can do one or a million. If you choose a million we will special price and outsource to a friendly supplier we ause for our commercial work all the time. You can bet we have high standards and want to over deliver for you!

2. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts? 
Yes. Email the quantities, items and I’ll be glad to provide a quote to you.

3. How long does it take for my order to ship and what will shipping cost?
I can ship an order in a matter of days if all the items are in stock. So you should expect delivery in less than 10 business days. If an item is on back order I will contact you and you can decide if you can wait a few more days or I can contact you when that item is in stock. We charge $6.00 for the first item and $1. for each additional item. It is not a profit center and we are just trying to keep it simple while covering our costs.

4. If I left something off my order what should I do?
Place another order and make a note that you would like them shipped together if that is the issue. We will do everything to make sure we operate in an efficient customer-driven way.

5. Do you have a store?
No, we operate from home, in Dallas, TX. We want to be available to our preschool children. You never know what might happen when they start school in a few years!!

6. What is the correct order for my monogram, or my daughter’s or my son?
It depends what you are monogramming. If it is towels you will share with your husband we like to offer the suggestion of wife’s first name, shared last name, husband's first name and the nast name will appear larger in the center. So Bonnie and Michael Douglas would be BDM and the D would be larger. If it’s a tote bag or other object that just one person uses we suggest using either your middle initial or your maiden name initial on the right side. It’s an item that is a little less shared!  For a little girl we use her middle name on the right and a son’s monogram would be the exact order of his three names without any larger distinction in the center. All the initials are the same size.  Donald Tyler Brown is DTB.

7. Can I phone in an order?
At this time we are web-based simply so we can spend most of the time producing beautiful embroidered gifts or being with our small children. If you have an urgent issue you can send me an e-mail and I’ll respond within 12 hours. Thanks for understanding. Be certain that at NO time will we EVER outsource this function.

8. Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee ($3.95) and will hand write a card for you as well. However, we recommend our basic ribbon tied presentation for no additional fee. We roll and tie your personalized gift with a special ribbon. It is a sweet presentation without too much impact on the Earth. You can also choose to tie on an adorable token for $3. That makes a playful and cherished impact not an enviromental impact.

9. I made a spelling mistake what should I do?
Check your spelling against the birth announcement or double check with the Parent before you place an order. I can’t refund orders with spelling mistakes. If I make a mistake I’ll send out a new one (if it's in stock) the very next business day. This hasn’t happened yet but hey, we are all human. I'll make it right and FAST.

10. Why can't I order a Design AND a Monogram
Our monogram designs are up to 3" large so a cute design won't normally fit with a monogram. If you really want a small monogram (less then 1 inch tall) we can make one from the font choices. Just choose a font and give me a message in the comment box. We can work with whatever your personalization dreams are.

11. What if I like a design featured on a different product?

If the design can fit on the product you want to purchase then it works for me. Sometimes the designs are too big for a particular product.

12. What if I don't find a design I like?

You may search a library I own at www.greatnotions.com and make a couple of choices using their searchable library. They offer a search of Great notions AND OESD designs. I own the Great Notions library so search there only! You can use their advanced search mode and get some choices that match your exact interest. Put the design I.D. number in the comment box along with any additional information and I'll use that design unless it will not fit. I will acknowledge your change in an e-mail within a day.

13. How do I best express foreign languages like Hebrew or Greek?
